Stuffed Bacon and Cheddar Burgers

Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1/2 to 3/4
(I use kitchen scissors to cut)
garlic salt and pepper to taste
(Doesn't need much salt the bacon adds it naturally)
Combine ground chuck, shredded cheese, bacon in a bowl. Patty out into 4 burgers. Garlic salt and pepper to taste.
Heat Grill to 250 degrees. Place burgers on grill cook for 10 minutes on each side.
