Stuffed Bacon and Cheddar Burgers

  • 2 lbs Ground Chuck
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup bacon, chopped (I use kitchen scissors to cut)
  • garlic salt and pepper to taste (Doesn't need much salt the bacon adds it naturally)
  • favorite condiments


  • Combine ground chuck, shredded cheese, bacon in a bowl. Patty out into 4 burgers.  Garlic salt and pepper to taste.
  • Heat Grill to 250 degrees. Place burgers on grill cook for 10 minutes on each side.
