Overnight Breakfast Casserole | #SundaySupper

Ingredients

  • 6 slices of bread diced
  • 12 eggs whisked
  • 4 cups cheese
  • 1 pound bacon sausage or ham (meat of choice), cooked , diced and drained
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt optional or to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients together and mix.
  • Pour into a 9 x 13 buttered casserole dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
