Blue Cheese Slaw

Ingredients

  • 16 ounce bag of cabbage blend
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cups mayo
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons white sugar
  • 2 ounces blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cup pecans chopped

Instructions

  • Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, and sugar into a medium sized bowl. Stir to combine.
  • Add in the cabbage blend. Stir until completely coated.
  • Fold in the blue cheese crumbles and chopped pecans.
  • Top with additional blue cheese crumbles and pecans as desired.
  • Enjoy!
