Ingredients

  • 1 can apple pie filling
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 can 8 Pillsbury Homestyle Biscuits or any like
  • 1 stick butter
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons cream or milk

Instructions

  • Pour a can of apple pie filling on a cutting board and slice into bite size pieces. Mix in 1 teaspoon vanilla and stir until combined.
  • In a bowl mix melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, & nutmeg together until smooth.
  • Then cut canned biscuits into bite size pieces, into the bowl.
  • Add in the apple pie mixture and stir until combined.
  • Pour into the skillet (I used a 12 " cast iron, but a 10" works too or a baking dish) and cook in a 375° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • While cooking make glaze. Whisk together 1/2 cup powdered sugar with 2 to 3 tablespoons of cream or milk.
  • Drizzle Glaze on top when it comes out of the oven.
