Ingredients

  • Homestyle or Sour Dough Bread
  • sliced Bacon cooked
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato

Honey Sriracha Mayo

  • ½ cup Mayo
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha

Instructions

  • Mix together mayo, Sriracha and honey until combined.
  • Toast or grill bread
  • Spread mayo on inside of bread, stack bacon, lettuce and tomato on one side. Salt and Pepper tomato to taste. Spread mayo on other slice of bread and top.
