This Easy Copycat Melting Pot Instant Pot Cheese Fondue is made with Gruyere, Swiss, Gouda, and of course white wine. A crowd-pleasing appetizer perfect for dipping bread, veggies, fruits, and cooked meats.
In a large bowl, combine cheese and toss with cornstarch. Set aside.
Set the Instant Pot to sauté and add in chicken broth, wine, garlic, and lemon juice and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, slowly add in the cheese a handful at a time and whisk until melted, combine, and smooth. If you pour it all in at one time it may become lumpy. Once melted, add in the nutmeg and Dijon mustard and stir.
