  • 1 ½ cup shredded Gruyere cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Gouda cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 6 tablespoons corn starch
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup wine (rose or white)
  • 1 ½ tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Dijon Mustard

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine cheese and toss with cornstarch. Set aside.
  • Set the Instant Pot to sauté and add in chicken broth, wine, garlic, and lemon juice and bring to a boil.
