Burrata Caprese Salad

Ingredients

  • 2-3 on-the-vine tomatoes sliced
  • 6-7 Campari tomatoes sliced
  • 1 pint heirloom cherry tomatoes sliced in half
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1-2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 5-6 fresh basil leaves chiffonade, (plus more to garnish)
  • sea salt & freshly cracked pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Slice the larger tomatoes and Campari tomatoes into thick slices, ¼-⅓ inches.
  • Slice the heirloom cherry tomatoes in half.
  • Arrange the tomatoes on a serving platter. Place the burrata cheese in the center. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze, then finish with some sea salt, freshly ground pepper, and fresh basil.
  • Enjoy immediately.
