2 ½cupsChicken Broth
½stickbutter
½tspsea salt
½tspblack pepper
garlic salt to taste
Instructions
In a heavy bottom pot over high heat add in chicken and smoosh with a fork.
Pour in rice, chicken broth, salt, pepper, butter and a sprinkle of garlic salt. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce to medium low to simmer for about 15 minutes.
