Lemon Berry Trifles

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, block softened
  • 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup frozen lemonade concentrate thawed
  • 1/8 teaspoon almond extract
  • 3 cups berries
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 ounces ladyfingers (2 packages)
  • Whipped Topping Such as Cool Whip or fresh sweetened cream to layer as desired
  • Garnish: Whipped Cream fresh berries, mint, lemon slices


  • In a stand mixer beat cream cheese at medium speed until creamy, about 3 minutes. Add condensed milk, lemonade, and almond extract and beat until smooth. Refrigerate until it sets (begins to thicken), around 15 to 30 minutes.
  • In a bowl, add berries and toss with sugar. Let set at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  • In 6 glasses, Layer ladyfingers, lemon mixture, whipped topping/cream and berries tossed in sugar.
  • Garnish with whipped cream, fresh berries, mint and lemon slices if desired.
