In a stand mixer beat cream cheese at medium speed until creamy, about 3 minutes. Add condensed milk, lemonade, and almond extract and beat until smooth. Refrigerate until it sets (begins to thicken), around 15 to 30 minutes.
In a bowl, add berries and toss with sugar. Let set at room temperature for 15 minutes.
In 6 glasses, Layer ladyfingers, lemon mixture, whipped topping/cream and berries tossed in sugar.
Garnish with whipped cream, fresh berries, mint and lemon slices if desired.
