Instructions
Cook bacon and sausage, set aside on a paper towel to drain.
Preheat the oven to 350℉. Spray a bundt pan with cooking spray or coat with butter, and set aside.
Cut biscuits into 9 small pieces. It will look like a Tic tac toe board.
In a large bowl, whisk eggs, then whisk in mustard, salt, pepper, and milk.
Stir in cooked bacon, sausage, cheese, and biscuit pieces. Stir well to mix everything together.
Pour egg mixture into bundt pan. Bake uncovered for 30 - 40 minutes.
Carefully loosen sides with a knife. Let the bundt rest in the pan for 5 minutes. Flip onto serving platter.
Notes
To make in a 9 x 13 pan, bake for 25-30 minutes or until the center is mostly set. Remove and let set for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Recipe Tips
Grease the pan well! A bundt pan has lots of curves and edges, so it’s important to coat it thoroughly to prevent sticking. Cooking spray works great, but brushing with melted butter adds an extra layer of flavor.
Don’t overfill the bundt pan. Make sure to leave a little space at the top since the eggs will puff slightly while baking. This helps prevent spills in the oven!
Cook the bacon and sausage first. Browning the meats ahead of time adds tons of flavor and prevents excess grease in the casserole. Be sure to drain them on a paper towel before adding them to the egg mixture!
