This Copycat Olive Garden Salad is crisp, fresh, and full of tangy flavor—just like the restaurant version! Ready in less than 10 minutes and perfect as a side dish or light meal.
In a large bowl toss together salad mix, tomatoes, onions, and olives.
Top with parmesan, croutons, and pepperocinis.
When ready to serve, shake dressing to incorporate. Then, toss the salad with homemade olive garden dressing just before serving (you can also serve dressing on the side if desired). Enjoy!
