Blue Cheese Slaw
- 16 ounce bag of cabbage blend
- ½ to ¾ cups mayo
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 ½ to 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 to 2 teaspoons white sugar
- 2 ounces blue cheese crumbles
- ¼ cup pecans chopped
Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, and sugar into a medium sized bowl. Stir to combine.
Add in the cabbage blend. Stir until completely coated.
Fold in the blue cheese crumbles and chopped pecans.
Top with additional blue cheese crumbles and pecans as desired.
