Adding the Ingredients

Add chickpeas snd aquafaba juice to a blender or food processor and blend until creamy.

Puree the hummus ingredients. Then check the consistency– If it is too thick, add more aquafaba liquid.

Chill or serve right away

Serve it fresh immediately after blending, or chill the hummus.

Garnish and enjoy!

Don’t forget to garnish your masterpiece with chives, extra virgin olive oil, chickpeas, cumin, or cayenne pepper, if desired.
