Chocolate Tart with Cranberry

3 layers of creamy good chocolate, cranberries, and graham cracker crust.

INGREDIENTS

Graham Cracker Crust

Start making the crust in the food processor and pulverize the crackers.

Then add in the sugar and melted butter and stir all together. Then press it into the tart pan.

Make the Cranberry Filling

Time to boil the cranberries in water just until they burst.

Then, you'll add the sugar and stirl in. Allow that to cool and smooth it into the crust.

White Chocolate Ganache 

Melt the chocolate in the butter and cream. Mix well, and add as the third layer.

Garnish Beautifully

& Serve! Try a wreath of rosemary and sugared cranberries!
