Million Dollar Dip Recipe (Neiman Marcus Dip)

This five-minute appetizer is always a huge hit! Million Dollar Dip (Neiman Marcus Dip) is loaded with shredded cheddar cheese, fresh green onions, savory bacon pieces, and crunchy chopped pecans.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 green onions chopped or thinly sliced
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • ½ cup chopped pecans (or sliced almonds)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder optional
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flake optional

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise and mix with a hand mixer for 2-3 minutes or until fully combined and smooth.
  • Add in cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, bacon bits or pieces, and chopped pecans to the mixture a stir until combined.
  • Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  • Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with green onion, pecan bits, and shredded cheese or desired toppings. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Serve Immediately– If you don’t have the time to wait, the dip can be served right away. 
  • Make-Ahead– Easily make this dip recipe in advance. It can be stored in the fridge for a couple of days before serving.
  • Softened Ingredients– Before starting the recipe, set the ingredients out to soften to room temperature to make combining them easier.
