This Chipotle Honey Vinaigrette is smoky, tangy, and just the right amount of sweet. A quick and easy dressing inspired by the Chipotle favorite—perfect for salads, bowls, grilled veggies, or as a marinade.
To a blender or in a food processor: lime juice, chipotle peppers with adobo sauce,avocado oil, honey, cumin, and kosher salt. Pulse until well combined and peppers are finely chopped.
Pour into a mason jar or salad dressing jar with a lid. Store in the refrigerator.
When ready to use, let it come to room temperature and shake vigorously to combine.
