Buffalo chicken sliders made with rotisserie chicken skip cooking the chicken from raw, so all that's left is shredding, tossing, and a quick bake. They're ready in about 30 minutes, which makes them an easy answer for a weeknight supper or a game day spread.
3cupscooked shredded chicken(or use chopped chicken tenders)
⅔cupbuffalo sauce
2tablespoonssalted buttermelted
¼cupranch dressing
1teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoononion powder
12Hawaiian sweet rollssliced in half
8slicesprovolone cheese
For the Topping
2tablespoonssalted buttermelted
1tablespoonfresh chopped parsley
½teaspoongarlic powder
¼teaspoononion powder
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, melted butter, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until the chicken is evenly coated.
Place the bottom half of the rolls in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Arrange 4 slices of provolone cheese over the bottom buns.
Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the cheese.
Top with the remaining 4 slices of provolone cheese.
Place the top buns over the filling.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, and onion powder. Brush the mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
Cover loosely with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove the foil and continue baking for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are lightly golden.
Let the sliders rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
If you love blue cheese, you can sub it for the provolone or add it to the chicken mixture.
