Grilled Sweet and Spicy Mustard Pork Chops

A little sweet and a little spice blended with tangy mustard lends to the most moist and delicious Grilled Sweet and Spicy Mustard Pork Chops.

Ingredients

  • 4 Pork Loin Rib Chops bone in
  • 4 tbsp stone ground mustard
  • ½ cup raspberry jalapeno pepper jam (or plain jalapeno pepper jam)
  • 4 tsp Adams The Great Steak of Texas Seasoning (or your favorite seasoning - adjust amount to taste)
  • 4- 6 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Set grill to high heat and let warm up for 5 minutes to about 350 degrees. 
  • Lightly salt bone in pork loin rib pork chops to taste.
  • In a bowl mix mustard, jam, Adams steak seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce. Dip each pork chop in marinade. Reserve remaining marinade to mop onto pork chops while grilling. (If unavailable, use your favorite seasoning)
  • Place pork chops on grill and mop on more marinade. Cook for about 7 to 8 minutes and turn over. Mop on remaining marinade and grill for 7 to 8 minutes or until done.
