Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a 13×9-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
In a medium saucepan, add turkey or chicken broth or stock and butter. Once the butter has melted and mixture comes to a boil, stir in the box of stuffing then turn off the heat. Cover and allow the stuffing to rest for 30 seconds.
Place the turkey slices on a cutting board. Then, evenly divide the stuffing mixture (about ¼ cup) in the middle of each turkey slice. Roll up and place seam side down in the prepared dish. Repeat this process for all of the turkey slices.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together turkey or chicken gravy and the cream of chicken soup until smooth an combined. Pour the gravy over the turkey stuffing rolls and spread evenly.
Cover tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake another 10-15 minutes or until heated through and bubbly at the edges of the pan.
Garnish with cracked black pepper and chopped parsley.
