Meal Prep Tips:
Olive Garden Chicken Pasta – Save time on Monday morning by prepping everything the night before. Just store the slow cooker insert in the fridge, then pop it in and press start.
Chicken Enchilada Casserole – Prepping everything the night before and measuring out the ingredients ahead of time. This makes it a true dump-and-go meal when your day is packed.
Fontina Pork Chops – Slice your mushrooms and measure the seasonings earlier in the week so everything is ready to go. This sauce comes together fast!
Chicken Pot Pie Soup – Make this on your prep day or earlier in the week. It reheats beautifully, and you can even freeze extra portions.
Cheesy Hamburger Skillet – Brown your ground beef in advance and stash it in the fridge. You’ll have a quick dinner that’s ready in no time.
Recipe Customizations:
Olive Garden Chicken Pasta – Swap in bowtie or any similar-shaped pasta if that’s what you have on hand. You can also cut the cream cheese in half to lighten things up.
Chicken Enchilada Casserole – Want to mix things up? Try ground beef or even leftover pulled pork instead of chicken.
Fontina Pork Chops – Not a mushroom fan? Caramelized onions work just as well and add a lot of flavor.
Chicken Pot Pie Soup – Add in a veggie medley mix to make it easier.
Cheesy Hamburger Skillet – Toss in frozen veggies or mix up the cheese. Cheddar, pepper jack, or a blend all work great.
Blueberry Butter Swim Biscuits – No blueberries? Try raspberries or chopped strawberries for a fresh twist.
