This week’s menu features slow-cooker comfort, fresh salads, cozy chili, and a couple of fun sandwich nights, with a nostalgic Southern treat to wrap it all up.

This Week’s Tips for Success

Monday: Slow Cooker Cuban Mojo Pork
Meal Prep Tip: Prep the citrus and garlic the night before so everything can go straight into the slow cooker in the morning.
Serving Idea: Serve with yellow rice, black beans, or tucked into sandwiches.

Tuesday: Mexican Street Corn White Chicken Chili
Meal Prep Tip: This recipe uses chicken tenderloins and cooks quickly, so it’s perfect for a busy night. Have your toppings prepped and ready to go for easy serving.
Customization: Top with cotija cheese, cilantro, or a squeeze of lime.

Wednesday: Strawberry Salad with Poppyseed Dressing
Meal Prep Tip: Wash and dry greens and slice strawberries earlier in the day.
Customization: The chicken & nuts add extra protein and crunch.

Thursday: French Dip Sliders
Meal Prep Tip: Use deli beef to keep this recipe simple.
Serving Idea: Serve with au jus and a simple side salad or fries.

Friday: Shrimp Po’ Boy with Remoulade Sauce
Meal Prep Tip: Mix the remoulade sauce earlier in the day for deeper flavor.
Customization: Swap shrimp for fish if that’s what you have on hand.

Treat/Breakfast: Chocolate Gravy
Make-Ahead Tip: This recipe comes together quickly. It reheats well if you make it ahead.
Serving Idea: Spoon over warm biscuits for a classic Southern treat.
