This Week’s Tips for Success

Monday: Sheet Pan Chicken with Potatoes and Green Beans
Meal Prep Tip: Chop potatoes and green beans earlier in the day so everything is ready to toss on the pan. Or buy them pre prepped!
Customization: Swap the seasoning blend to match your mood — lemon pepper, ranch, or BBQ all work well.

Tuesday: Mexican Chopped Salad
Meal Prep Tip: Prep veggies and dressing ahead for a fast, fresh dinner.
Customization: Add grilled chicken, shrimp, or leftover steak.

Wednesday: Spanish Bean Soup
Meal Prep Tip: Slice sausage and chop potatoes (store in some cold water so they don’t brown) early in the day.
Serving Idea: Serve with warm Cuban bread or crusty rolls.

Thursday: Prime Rib
Meal Prep Tip: Salt the roast the night before for the best flavor and texture.
