This Week’s Tips for Success

Meal Prep Tips:

  • Shelly’s Spaghetti Pasta Salad: Make it ahead and store it in the fridge for a couple of days. The flavors only get better after sitting!
  • Slow Cooker Chicken and Gravy: This is a great make-ahead meal. Prep the chicken and gravy in the slow cooker in the morning, and it’s ready to serve for dinner!
  • Keto Pretzel Dogs: If you’re not following a keto diet, crescent dough works as a perfect substitute for a flakier, soft pretzel dough. You can also use hot dog buns if you prefer a traditional style!

Recipe Customizations:

  • Burrata Caprese Salad: Want more protein? Toss in some grilled shrimp or grilled steak slices for a heartier meal. If burrata is too rich for your taste, you can substitute it with fresh mozzarella or even feta for a lighter option.
  • Shelly’s Spaghetti Pasta Salad: Add some cherry tomatoes or cucumber for extra freshness and crunch. Make it gluten-free by swapping regular pasta for gluten-free pasta or even zucchini noodles for a veggie-packed twist.
