This Week’s Tips for Success

Meal Prep Tips:

  • Baked Chili Cheese Dogs: Make extra chili and freeze it for a quick meal later in the week.
  • Shrimp Salad Sandwich: Prep the shrimp salad ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator for quick lunches or easy dinner preparation.
  • Alfredo Sauce: This pairs perfectly with your favorite fettuccine noodles or ravioli. Use leftovers for the Pizza on Friday. Make a double batch and make my ultimate baked spaghetti for your Sunday supper.
  • Tomato Tart: This uses easy puff pastry. Pair it with a cut-up rotisserie chicken or instant pot chicken breast for added protein.
  • Philly Cheese Steak Pizza: Use shaved steak or rotisserie chicken for a quicker pizza prep, and top with your favorite cheese. Don’t want to heat up the oven? This can also be cooked on the grill.
  • Banana Split Ice Cream: This is perfect to let the kids help make. It’s an easy no-churn version.

Recipe Customizations:
