This week’s menu is a mix of cozy comfort food, bold flavors, and a couple of dinners that feel just a little different to keep things interesting. Nothing complicated, just solid, family-friendly recipes that help make weeknights run smoother.

From a classic casserole to a flavorful pot roast and a restaurant-style salad, this lineup gives you a little variety while keeping dinner manageable all week long. And of course, there’s a sweet treat to close things out.

This Week’s Tips for Success

Monday: Chicken and Dumpling Casserole

Customization: Serve with an authentic Cuban sandwich or Spanish bean soup!

Thursday: Stuffed Pizza Chicken
Meal Prep Tip: Assemble earlier in the day and refrigerate until baking.
Customization: Swap toppings based on your favorite pizza flavors.

Friday: Beef Chop Suey
Meal Prep Tip: Slice vegetables ahead of time for fast stir-frying.
Serving Idea: Serve over rice or noodles.

Weekend Treat: Twix Cookies
Make-Ahead Tip: These keep well in an airtight container for several days.
Fun Idea: Drizzle extra chocolate over the top for that classic candy-bar finish.
