This week’s meal plan is all about meals that work hard for you — a mix of slow cooker comfort, easy soups, a fun wing night, and a breakfast-for-dinner option that always feels like a win.

Nothing complicated, just good food that helps the week run smoother.

This Week’s Tips for Success

Monday: Air Fryer Hot Honey Chicken Wings
Meal Prep Tip: Pat the wings dry before cooking so they crisp up beautifully.
Customization: Adjust the heat level by using more or less hot sauce.

Tuesday: Easy Taco Soup
Meal Prep Tip: Brown the meat earlier in the day or on the weekend to make dinner extra quick.
Customization: Top with cheese, sour cream, tortilla chips, or avocado.

Wednesday: Slow Cooker Cheesy Pesto Chicken Pasta
Meal Prep Tip: Add everything to the slow cooker in the morning so dinner is ready when you are.
Customization: Stir in spinach or tomatoes at the end for a little extra color.

Thursday: Croissant Breakfast Casserole
Meal Prep Tip: Assemble the casserole the night before and refrigerate until baking.
Serving Idea: Serve with fresh fruit or a simple side salad.

Friday: Homemade Meat Sauce
Meal Prep Tip: This makes a good amount of sauce, freeze leftovers for a quick spaghetti or pasta night. If you are making a full pan of my lasagna, you will likely use all the sauce. Plus, this sauce can be made on the stovetop, in the slow cooker, or in the Instant Pot.
Serving Idea: Serve over pasta, zucchini noodles, or tucked into lasagna or stuffed shells.

Weekend Treat: Cookie Dough Cheesecake Bars
Make-Ahead Tip: Chill completely before slicing for the cleanest cuts.
Fun Idea: Drizzle with chocolate or add extra cookie dough pieces on top.
