This Week’s Tips for Success

Monday: Marry Me Chicken Soup

  • Meal Prep Tip: Chop onions, garlic, and sun-dried tomatoes ahead of time. Cook the bacon in advance and store it in the fridge.
  • Customization: Swap the pasta for cooked rice if you prefer or need a gluten-free option. You can also use rotisserie chicken in place of the fresh chicken as a shortcut.

Tuesday: Creamy Italian Sausage Tortellini Skillet

  • Meal Prep Tip: Brown the sausage in advance and store it in the fridge for quick weeknight cooking.
  • Customization: Swap sausage for ground turkey or chicken. Toss in a handful of baby spinach or sautéed zucchini.

Wednesday: Fall Apple Salad with Pears and Feta

  • Meal Prep Tip: Wash and chop lettuce (or buy a mix), and prepare the vinaigrette in advance.
  • Customization: Add rotisserie chicken, grilled chicken, or even turkey for a more filling dinner salad.

Thursday: Classic Meatloaf Recipe

  • Meal Prep Tip: Mix and shape the meatloaf the night before to save time. Cover and refrigerate so it’s oven-ready after a busy day.
  • Customization: Use ground turkey or a beef/pork blend if preferred. Leftovers are perfect for sandwiches or sliders.

Friday: Crock Pot Italian Beef Sandwiches

  • Meal Prep Tip: Load everything into the slow cooker insert the night before and refrigerate. Pop it into the slow cooker in the morning and go!
  • Customization: Serve on hoagie rolls with provolone, over mashed potatoes, or tucked into slider buns.

Weekend Treat: Biscoff Blondies

  • Meal Prep Tip: These can be baked a day or two ahead — they stay soft and chewy!
  • Customization: Add white chocolate chips or chopped nuts for a little something extra.
