Early February tends to feel like a mix of busy days and slower evenings — the kind of week where having a solid dinner plan really helps. This menu is built around familiar flavors, simple prep, and meals that feel satisfying without requiring extra effort. You’ll find a comforting casserole, a quick skillet dinner, a lighter salad night, and a couple of fun, family-friendly favorites to round out the week.

And since February brings game days and gatherings, there’s a sweet little treat at the end that’s perfect for sharing.
