  • 4 ½ to 5 cups chicken breasts - cooked and shredded or chopped
  • 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon black pepper - or to taste
  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon kosher salt - to taste, this will greatly depend on how your chicken is seasoned
Topping
  • 1 ½ sleeves Ritz crackers - you can use 2 sleeves for extra crunch
  • 6 tablespoons salted butter - melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉. Then lightly spray a 9 X 13 baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
