The week between Christmas and New Year’s always feels like a little pause, a chance to slow down, reset, and enjoy a gentler pace before the fresh start ahead. It’s one of my favorite times to keep meals simple, comforting, and easy to pull together, especially when the days blur a bit and routines are still finding their way back.
Whether you’re soaking in the quiet, wrapping up loose ends, or already gearing up for a new year, having a few dependable dinners ready to go can make this stretch feel so much smoother. This week’s meal plan is all about taking the pressure off so you can ease through the last days of December with good food and plenty of breathing room.
