Halloween week is here, and that means it’s time for fun, family, and a little extra flavor in the kitchen. This week’s meal plan is full of simple, belly-pleasing meals. Think tender ribs, cozy chili, and a spooky fun treat to wrap it all up!

This Week’s Tips for Success

Monday: Oven Baked Ribs
Meal Prep Tip: Rub ribs with seasoning and wrap them overnight for extra flavor.
Serving Idea: Pair with baked beanscoleslaw, or easy instant pot corn on the cob for a classic BBQ-style dinner.

Tuesday: White Chicken Chili
Meal Prep Tip: Cook and shred or dice chicken ahead of time to make this come together quickly.
Customization: Add extra beans for an even heartier chili. This can also be put in the slow cooker.

Wednesday: Garlic Butter Steak Bites
Meal Prep Tip: Cut steak into bite-sized pieces early in the day for faster cooking.
Serving Idea: Serve with mashed potatoes or roasted veggies for a quick midweek dinner.

Thursday: Chicken Poppy Seed Casserole
Meal Prep Tip: Mix up the filling in advance, then just top with crackers and bake when ready.
Customization: Substitute turkey, leftover or rotisserie chicken to save even more time.

Friday: Mummy Meatball Crescent Bites
Make-Ahead Tip: Assemble mummies in the morning and refrigerate until baking.
Fun Idea: Let the kids help wrap the “mummies” for a spooky family dinner night!

Dessert / Treat: Halloween Peanut Butter Brownies with Eyeballs
Make-Ahead Tip: Bake a day early — they stay fudgy and delicious.
