This Week’s Tips for Success

(Monday: Air Fryer Chicken Cutlets
Meal Prep Tip: Bread the chicken cutlets the night before and store them in a single layer on a sheet pan in the fridge. They will go straight into the air fryer, and dinner will be on the table in minutes.
Customization: Add a pinch of cayenne for a little kick.

Tuesday: Instant Pot Cheesy Taco Pasta (I have stovetop instructions, too)
Meal Prep Tip: Brown your ground beef ahead of time and store it in the fridge so all you have to do is dump everything into the Instant Pot and press start.
Customization: Use ground turkey or chicken instead of beef to lighten it up, or stir in a can of black beans or corn at the end for extra heartiness.

Wednesday: Crock Pot Sausage Potatoes and Green Beans
Meal Prep Tip: Chop your potatoes and green beans the night before and store them in the fridge. In the morning, just toss everything in the crock pot and let it do all the work while you go about your day.
Customization: Swap the sausage for chicken thighs or kielbasa, depending on what your family prefers.

Thursday: Barbecue Country Style Pork Ribs
Meal Prep Tip: Season the ribs the night before, then let them rest in the fridge, uncovered. That little bit of dry brine time really helps build flavor with very little extra effort.
Customization: Use your favorite store-bought barbecue sauce or try a spicy version if your crowd likes a little heat.

Friday: Loaded Tater Tot Cups
Meal Prep Tip: Press the tater tots into the muffin tin and have all your toppings prepped ahead of time so Friday night dinner comes together in a flash.
Customization: Load them up with whatever your family loves. Sour cream, jalapeños, pulled pork, or even scrambled eggs for a fun breakfast-for-dinner twist. You could add ham, leftover rib meat, or taco meat to load them up.

Weekend Treat: Strawberry Muffins with Sugar Topping
Meal Prep Tip: Bake a batch over the weekend and store them in an airtight container. They stay moist for a couple of days and make a great grab-and-go breakfast or afternoon snack. Customization: Fresh or frozen strawberries both work here. Fold in a little lemon zest for a bright citrus note that pairs beautifully with the berries.
