Late April calls for meals that are simple to pull together but still feel satisfying at the end of a full day. This week’s plan leans into easy casseroles, a fresh restaurant-style salad, a flavorful pasta dish, and a slow cooker dinner that can carry you through more than one meal.
It’s a practical mix of comfort and lighter options that helps keep dinnertime manageable, with a classic coffee cake to enjoy when the weekend rolls around.

Each meal plan includes five dinner recipes the whole family will love, with a nice variety to keep things interesting. Add a side dish or salad, and you have a complete meal!
If you are looking for extra sweets to curb that craving, head over to try some of our tasty desserts!

I really appreciate this! How do you decide your weekly menus?
You are so welcome! I usually try to mix it up a bit each week. Pick things I think you all and my family would enjoy. I realize people may not cook all 7 day so I share five plus a sweet treat for the week. This leaves some for leftovers and a night out to dinner. I also have the recipe collection available if you ever want to swap a meal for your week. You can save adjust it there and print a shopping list. Please let me know if you ever have any questions. I am happy to help.
