Sunday evenings feel a whole lot better when you already know what is for dinner this week. No staring into the fridge, no last-minute scrambles, no “I don’t know, what do YOU want?” back and forth. Just a solid plan and the good feeling that comes with it. That is what we are doing here every single week.

This week’s lineup is the kind of mix that makes a busy week feel manageable. A little hands-off cooking, a little quick and easy, and one very fun Friday night dinner that is going to make everyone at the table pretty happy. Grab your grocery list and let’s get ready for a great week!

This Week’s Tips for Success

Monday: Oven Baked Chicken Breast
Meal Prep Tip: Season your chicken the night before and refrigerate it so it is ready to go straight into the oven when Monday rolls around.
Customization: Use your favorite spice blend or marinade to switch things up without changing a single step of the recipe.

Tuesday: Jalapeño Popper Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Meal Prep Tip: Mix the cream cheese filling ahead of time and store it in the fridge so Tuesday night assembly takes just minutes.
Customization: Swap in pickled jalapeños for more tang or use mild green chiles to keep the heat kid-friendly.

Wednesday: Spaghetti and Meatballs – Instant Pot
Meal Prep Tip: This recipe uses frozen meatballs, so it comes together in no time.
Customization: Change up the pasta sauce with what you love. I like to use 2 differenct kinds for more layers of flavor. If you don’t have an Instant Pot, try my Slow Cooker Spaghetti and Meatballs.

Thursday: Slow Cooker Turkey Breast
Meal Prep Tip: Load everything into the slow cooker before you head out for the day and dinner is done by the time you walk back through the door.
Customization: Tuck fresh rosemary, thyme, or a few garlic cloves around the turkey before it cooks for an extra layer of flavor.

Friday: Keto Pretzel Dog
Meal Prep Tip: Shape the dough ahead of time and keep it in the fridge so Friday night dinner is practically effortless.
Customization: Not eating keto? Load these up with classic toppings and call it the most fun Friday dinner you have had in a while. You could also use a crescent dough for non-low-carb and a shortcut.

Dessert: Fried Ice Cream Dessert Cake
Meal Prep Tip: This one needs freezer time (but comes together quickly), so make it over the weekend, and it will be ready to slice into all week long.
Customization: Use whatever ice cream flavor your family loves most. Vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry are all fantastic here.

Each meal plan includes five dinner recipes the whole family will love, with a nice variety to keep things interesting. Add a side dish or salad, and you have a complete meal!
