Pour a can of apple pie filling on a cutting board and slice into bite size pieces. Mix in 1 teaspoon vanilla and stir until combined.
In a bowl mix melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, & nutmeg together until smooth.
Then cut canned biscuits into bite size pieces, into the bowl.
Add in the apple pie mixture and stir until combined.
Pour into the skillet (I used a 12 " cast iron, but a 10" works too or a baking dish) and cook in a 375° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
While cooking make glaze. Whisk together 1/2 cup powdered sugar with 2 to 3 tablespoons of cream or milk.
Drizzle Glaze on top when it comes out of the oven.
